My current research focuses on the construction of collective imaginaries, identities, and communities within institutions that produce elitism. Specifically, I am conducting an ethnographic study of the everyday experiences and activities of business school students in order to understand the making of managerial elites. Using a mixed-methods approach, my research bridges the fields of organizational theory, sociology of elites, and governance of educational practices in the context of higher education.
