The 82nd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM) was held in Washington, D.C. from August 5 to 9.
During this event, several OCE members have won a special distinction:
First, Elise Lobbedez who won the Best Doctoral Student Paper award for her work entitled “Freedom, Equality, Flashball. Resisting Work to Absorb Violent Protests.

Next, Ignasi Marti, David Courpasson and Claire Lebreton, won the Best Critical Organization Studies award for Pray and Play: Challenging Social Order through Collective Corporeal Rituals in a Prison.
These awards not only recognize the quality of OCE’s researchers, but also highlight the relevance of the critical approach that is at the heart of our research center’s identity.
