Brace yourselves!

Our annual *** OCE Conference Papers *** is coming very soon.

Indeed, please remind this very useful academic workshop is planned Thursday, January 10th (10.00am-12.30 – @Wellness Center). Along with the traditional best wishes for the New Year (J ), this is a great opportunity, for everyone willing to submit a paper, to receive beneficial feedbacks before the conferences’ deadlines (EGOS: January 14th, AOM: January 15th).

So… to help Dima, Ludivine, David C and I coordinate this event, we need you to inform us: (1) whether or not you will attend this workshop, and (2) whether or not you plan to submit us a paper for review.

WARNING – Doodle specific Instruction: If you attend & plan to submit us a paper (even if you’re not totally sure), PLEASE simply indicate “(paper)” at the end of your name while filling the doodle.

Ex“Roger (paper)”. If you don’t write “(paper)”, we will then assume you don’t plan to submit us one.

Please also consider:

–          We will create groups of reviewers among the attendees, so that everyone will read one paper for revision (note that a paper should have several reviewers). We will keep you in touch regarding which paper you will review for the event, according to the doodle as well as your research topic.

–          If you intend to submit us a paper for review, you will have to send it to Dima, Ludivine, David C and I BEFORE January 7th, 10pm, which is a strict deadline. After that, we would look sternly at you. More seriously, please keep in mind that, past this deadline, it would not be guaranteed at all that your dedicated reviewer(s) will have the time to read you accordingly or give your paper the specific attention that is deserved. So, better send it as soon as humanly possible (we know deadlines are kind of tight this year).

Finally, if you are still hesitating, also keep in mind that your paper will be reviewed by no-one-else than your dear, kind, devoted OCE friends & colleagues, with indulgent and gentle (but-not-too-much-neither!) academic comments & heuristic criticisms J

If any question, do not hesitate to contact us of course!

Looking forward to your doodle answers,

Cheers,

Dima, Ludivine & the Davids
